• You can make a reservation at the website using a PC, smartphone or mobile phone. We recommend the site called Japan Bus Online (JBO) easy to use.
  Attention: If you book online, some reservation sites set a time limit for ticketing. Please note that, if you don’t issue the ticket in due time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• You can also make a reservation by phone. However, we are afraid that we are unable to offer any assistance in English on the phone. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we ask for your kind understanding.

  Fares can also be paid in cash when you get off.
• You can reserve your bus tickets from one month prior to the boarding date.
• We recommend you to book early, for Golden week, Silver week, Obon holiday, New Year holiday and high season. (Golden week and Silver week are Japanese long holidays. Golden week is from the end of April to early May. Silver week is in late September. Their duration for that varies depending on the year. Obon holiday usually takes place in August 13th to 16th.)

• Please come to the bus stop with plenty of time (at least 10 minutes or so before the departure time).
• Our crew will check your ticket when you get on the bus and receive it when you get off, so be careful not to lose it. E-ticket must be presented also, if you have reserved bus services online.

• We may refuse large baggage due to limited space in the trunk room.
• Baggage is limited to one per person. (Sum of depth, width and height is within 1 meter (about 39 inches), weight is within 10kg, and volume is within 0.027 cubic meters.).
• Please put your “name” and “contact information” on your baggage as far as possible.
• Please note we cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage of baggage checked in the trunk room or carry-on.

• A suitcase for medium or larger travel
• Skis, snowboard
• Bicycles (including folding bicycles)
• Don’t carry valuables (cash, jewelry, art-object, etc.) and fragile items (cameras, glassware, watches, etc.) in your baggage to be checked in the trunk room. We are not liable for any damages such as breakage or loss and theft.
• Dangerous materials (explosives, flammable or inflammable items, etc.) and other items prohibited by our General Conditions of Carriage are not allowed to carry on or check.

• We do not accept except for guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs established by the Act on Assistance Dogs for Physically Disabled Persons .

• Specified seating only. Please check your seat number before sit down.
• Keep your baggage on the rack because putting it in the aisle will bar the way of other customers.
• You are required by law to wear seat belts while riding on. For your safety, please wear a seat belt while bus running.
• Please put your phone on silent and don’t use it. When using email etc., please be careful not to annoy the people around you, such as by preventing operation sounds and ringtones from sounding. In addition, please give the same consideration to the use of music players, portable TVs and game consoles, etc.
• When using a reclining seat, please be considerate to the rear seat person.

• We will guide you the bus stop you can get off by the guide display board and in-bus announcements.
• When you are informed of the bus stop you want to get off, please push the button near your seat.
• Please hand the ticket to the crew when getting off.
• If you have an E-ticket, kindly present it to our crew when you get off.
• If you can’t complete the payment in advance, you have the way to pay in cash when you get off.
• The arrival time may be delayed depending on road conditions (traffic accident, traffic jam and weather conditions, etc.). In that case, we will not refund and will not be liable for any damage caused, even if it is delayed. Please use it after understanding in advance.

1. The way to contact
   Once the service cancellation is decided, we will notify you by phone or text message to your designated phone number when you made your reservation. For customer who have made it on the JBO site, an automatic notification text message will be sent from the system. If you register an incorrect phone number, we won’t be able to communicate with you, please take note. Be aware that communication problems may prevent us from contacting you.


2. Refund
   • Reserved online
     It will be refunded to you in accordance with Terms of Use where you purchased.
   • Reserved by phone
     • When your payment has not been made, your reservation will be cancelled automatically so you don’t need to take any action.
     • When you issued your ticket at a convenience store, kindly inquire the contact information designated by the store where you ticketing.
     • When you ticketed at our counter, we’re afraid that you’ll have to come to our counter to get your refund.
     • When you purchased your ticket, except at our counter, you will have to proceed following the rules at the place of purchase.

• The specifications of equipment (such as charging apparatus for a mobile phone) may differ depending on the bus.
• For extra buses, a spare vehicle will be used. (The specifications of some extra buses may be different from regular one.)
• Due to our circumstances, the vehicle may not be equipped with a toilet in the bus.
